We want your feedback on our inspection process. If you have recently had an inspection of your project by one of our field inspector, please take a few minutes to tell us about your experience with the inspection process.

1. When my inspection was scheduled or confirmed, the Call Center was helpful and courteous





2. The field inspector was professional, courteous and helpful
